Polyquaternium 37& Mineral Oil & C11-15 Alkyl Ethoxylate-7 is a liquid polymer thickener made by dispersing cationic acrylic monomers in mineral oil. Its solution exhibits pseudoplasticity and non-thixotropy, and the gel structure it forms can be readily disrupted by shear forces, yet quickly returns to its original state upon the removal of external forces.
