Emulsifier Emulsion Thickening Stabilizer Polyquaternium 37& Mineral Oil & C11-15 Alkyl Ethoxylate-7 is a liquid polymer thickener made by dispersing cationic acrylic monomers in mineral oil. Its solution exhibits pseudoplasticity and non-thixotropy, and the gel structure it forms can be readily disrupted by shear forces, yet quickly returns to its original state upon the removal of external forces. It can be used to O/W emulsions with excellent stability without consideration of the HLB value of the oil phase. No require neutralization or heating during production, not only can be used for cold processed, and also for thickening cationic aqueous systems.

Emulsifier Thickening Stabilizer Feature

   ● Used as a rheology modifier: Applied to highly stable O/W emulsions without considering the HLB value of the oil phase.
   ● Used as a suspension/stabilizer: Stabilizes emulsions with cationic ingredients and suspended solid particles.
   ● Provides a non-greasy and non-tacky feel when applied in oily formulations, can also be used in high viscosity and stable creams, making application more convenient and even.
   ● The stability and viscosity of the applied formulation are not affected by temperature.


Emulsifier Thickening Stabilizer Application

   ● Skin care products such as creams, lotions etc.

   ● Hair care products such as shampoo, conditioner etc.

   ●  A ready-to-use product. The polymer will rapidly swell in water, and can be cold processed without neutralization.

   ● To increase dosage will raise the viscosity of the formulation, please adjust the dosage according to the viscosity.

   ● The viscosity reaches optimal level when the pH is in the range of 4.5-6.0.
